"The Age of Connection"

Join us on March 2 to learn from industry experts, top brand managers and ad agency executives as they provide clarity on what's changing their industry, forming new partnerships and shaping our behaviors.

The agenda will include two panel discussions and a keynote presentation provided by top NE Florida executives, CEOs and advertising agencies.

The first discussion: Customer-First Marketing - The focus and clarity every company needs to have internally before spending a dime. Here, Brand Managers will discuss value-propositions, cultural alignment and communication plans to assure they are set up for success before engaging any type of outside counsel.

Our second discussion will be: Planning to Succeed - Three Case Studies on effective Client/Agency engagements. In this discussion agencies and clients discuss specific campaigns, detailing the journey from initial engagement to the challenge presented, solutions, implementation strategies and outcomes as well as obstacles faced along the way.

The Summit Keynote: Flint McGlaughlin - Founder and Managing Director, MECLABS Institute, will speak on: The Marketer’s Blind Spot, A field-tested approach to overcoming the marketer's greatest obstacle to effective messaging. Dr. McGlaughlin will reveal the science behind how experienced marketers are wired to miss the mark when it comes to customer communication and steps they can take to safeguard their work and maximize its potential to inspire their customers.  In this keynote, he will also share practical tips for turning your website into a “living lab” to help you better understand your customers and essentially shrink your blind spot. McGlaughlin will use real-world examples so you can immediately implement changes and even conduct your own testing.
